Youth Retreat Payment & Other Forms

  1. PAYMENT: Make your check out to Open Gate Christian Fellowship & put “Youth Retreat - (Student Name)” in the memo and drop in the offering box at church or give to Don & Crissie Talley. Or, you may make an online payment by clicking below and selecting the Youth Camp fund and indicate “Student Name” in the memo box.

  2. MEDICAL: Print & Sign a Medical Release form for each student or get a blank one at church. Then return it to Don & Crissie Talley prior to the retreat.

  3. PACK: Download the packing list and make sure you bring all you need for the retreat. As well, the packing list includes emergency numbers and drop off and pick up times

Join us for our 2026 Youth Retreat at beautiful Trinity Lake, CA. Registration is open for all incoming 6th-12th grade students. Cost is $90 until June 14th then $110 after. Space is Limited!

Need based scholarships are available.
