Thank you for your interest in serving at Open Gate! As leaders representing Jesus, we seek to be above reproach. The following are guidelines meant to help us serve in such a way that protects us, as well as those we are serving, so that God can be most glorified!

These guidelines apply to all servants at Open Gate, both paid staff and volunteers. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in your temporary or permanent removal from serving at Open Gate, as determined by the elders.
